1. INTRODUCTION Since Articoo offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital products and downloads, we have specific guidelines for refunds and cancellations as outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. SINGLE PURCHASES For individual file purchases, we offer a 30-day refund period ONLY if the file has not been downloaded. Once a digital file has been downloaded, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued, unless the file is proven to be defective.

3. ON DEMAND PLANS

  • Validity: Downloads within On Demand plans are active for one year from the date of purchase. If they remain unused within that time, they will expire.

  • Auto-Renewal: On Demand plans will renew automatically when you run out of downloads, unless you cancel auto-renewal in your account settings.

  • How to Cancel: To turn off automatic renewal, log in to the Articoo website, navigate to «Menu» > «On Demand Downloads» > «Settings», and turn off auto-renewal. Note: Articoo does not send impending renewal notices (email, mail, phone, fax, etc.).

  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day refund period for users who have not downloaded any files from their plan. To request a refund, contact Customer Support within 30 days of purchase or renewal. After 30 days, or if any files have been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

  • Auto-Renewal: All subscription plans auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access to downloads. You can cancel your subscription plan at any time.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel automatic renewal, log in to the Articoo website prior to the end of the current billing cycle, navigate to «Menu» > «Active plans» > «Subscription» > «Settings», and turn off auto-renewal. Note: Articoo does not send impending renewal notices.

  • Refunds: After purchasing or renewing a Subscription plan, you have 30 days to request a full refund, strictly provided you have not downloaded any files. Once one or more files are downloaded, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

5. DEFECTIVE FILES & QUALITY ISSUES If a file purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality or defective, Articoo may, upon verification of the defect, return the download credit to the customer’s account or issue a refund. To submit a complaint, please contact our Support Service with your login details, the file identification number, and the specific reason for the issue. Articoo reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any file. Our Quality Assurance specialists will work with you to reach a fair and equitable resolution.

6. DISCOUNTS & PROMO CODES

  • Discounts applied at checkout are valid for the first single purchase or initial subscription term only and do not apply to auto-renewals.

  • Promo codes are valid for one-time use only.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, and no adjustments can be made on previous purchases.
